Welcome to Old Fashioned Lounge (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website (oldfashionedlounge.com) or booking our mobile bar services, purchasing products, or interacting with our content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. OVERVIEW
Old Fashioned Lounge provides:
• Mobile bartending services for weddings and events
• Signature cocktail menu design
• Rental and operation of mobile bars
• Sale of handcrafted cocktail bitters
• Educational and informational content on our website
These Terms govern:
• Website use
• Online purchases
• Booking inquiries
• Mobile bar services
• Event policies
• Cancellations, refunds, and deposits
• Intellectual property rights
2. EVENT BOOKINGS & BAR SERVICES
2.1 Availability
All bookings are subject to date, staff, and bar availability. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your date.
2.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
• A quote has been accepted
• A retainer/deposit has been paid
• A signed agreement/contract is returned
Until those three steps occur, we may accept other bookings.
2.3 Retainers / Deposits
Retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
This retainer secures your date, staff, and resources.
2.4 Alcohol Policy (California Law)
Old Fashioned Lounge does not sell alcohol.
The client must provide all alcoholic beverages for events.
We provide:
• Guidance on quantities
• Menu design
• Shopping lists
• Service, bartending, equipment, and mixers
You are responsible for ensuring alcohol is legally purchased and transported.
2.5 Event Requirements
Clients must provide:
• Legal drinking-age verification (venue policies)
• Safe working environment
• Access to venue at agreed start times
• Any venue-required permits
2.6 Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves unsafely — per California law and our insurance policies.
2.7 Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply depending on event location. Additional fees may apply for remote sites, difficult terrain, parking restrictions, or overnight stays.
2.8 Changes to Event Details
Changes to guest count, timeline, venue, or services must be submitted in writing and approved.
Additional charges may apply.
2.9 Weather & Outdoor Events
Clients must ensure reasonable protection for bars, equipment, and staff.
Adverse weather may require modified setup or relocation.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
If the client cancels after booking, the retainer is non-refundable.
Additional cancellation terms follow your signed agreement.
3.2 Venue or Date Changes
Changes are subject to availability and may require a new quote.
3.3 Company-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel only in extreme circumstances such as:
• Dangerous weather
• Venue safety issues
• Illegal activity
• Staff emergency (rare — replacement attempted)
If we cancel due to an internal issue, your payments will be refunded.
4. ONLINE SHOP — BITTERS & MERCHANDISE
4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in packaging may occur.
4.2 Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are secure and handled through:
• Stripe
• PayPal
Old Fashioned Lounge does not store full credit card numbers.
4.4 Shipping
Shipping times vary by location.
Tracking numbers are provided when available.
4.5 Refunds & Returns
Because bitters are consumable:
All sales are final.
Exceptions may be made for damaged or incorrect items.

5. WEBSITE USAGE
5.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 to use the website and 21+ to purchase alcohol-related content or services.
5.2 Prohibited Use
Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent information
• Upload malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws
5.3 Account Security
If you make an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential.

• Venue, guest, or property issues outside our responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Old Fashioned Lounge harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
• Venue conditions
• Guest behavior
• Alcohol misuse
• Misconduct beyond our control
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may include links to external sites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be handled in California courts.
