Most bars do not require power. If a bar or add-on service does require it, we will specify exactly what’s needed.
Yes. With multiple bars, satellite stations, and expanded teams, we routinely serve weddings of 200+ guests.
Yes. We carry full general & liquor liability coverage and can provide COIs to venues upon request.
Yes — it’s a great idea for reducing lines with large guest counts and can be added to any package.

Yes. Champagne service or welcome cocktails can be added to Signature or Speakeasy packages.
It’s yours. We return everything that remains at the end of the night.
Yes — always 2–4 hours early depending on setup needs.

Yes — many of our bars are versatile. Some require outdoor placement due to size or tow access.

No. Everything is clearly itemized. No surprises.
Prime dates book 6–12 months ahead. If you want a specific bar from the fleet, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Yes. We use a simple retainer to hold your date and the remaining balance is due before the event.
In California, mobile bars cannot sell alcohol directly. We provide a custom shopping list and exact quantities so you only buy what you need — usually saving couples hundreds of dollars.
We’ll build you a full alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, venue, cocktail menu, and event length. It’s simple, accurate, and eliminates guesswork.
Yes. All packages include professional, certified bartenders trained for weddings and smooth bar flow.
Absolutely. We can build signature cocktails around your favorite flavors, seasonal ingredients, or wedding theme.
Yes — we offer multiple mocktail options and can build an alcohol-free menu for guests who prefer it.
